ju99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and ju99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all aspects of your use of the ju99 website and associated services, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, bonuses, and promotional offers. These Terms apply to all users of the ju99 platform regardless of the device, browser, or location from which the platform is accessed within Bangladesh.

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions conducted on the ju99 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to the user's account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day.
• ju99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its KYC obligations.
• Deposits made for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without genuine gambling activity may be flagged and may result in account review, funds hold, or account closure.

ju99 does not charge transaction fees for deposits made via local Bangladesh mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). For international card payments, standard processing fees may apply depending on the issuing bank or card network. All amounts displayed on the platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses are credited to the user's bonus balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to real-money balance or withdrawn.
• ju99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where abuse, fraud, or technical error is suspected.

• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain credits, free bets, or winnings that would not otherwise be obtainable is prohibited. Any gains obtained through exploitation will be reversed.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ju99 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at ju99's discretion.
